3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and required access
- Respond to approvals and communication promptly
- Make payments on time according to invoices
- Submit only legal and original content for use
4. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment is required for most projects
- Remaining 50% is due upon milestone or project completion
- Monthly retainers must be paid on the 1st of each month
- All payments must be made via approved payment gateways

5. Refund Policy
Refund rules follow our official Refund Policy. In summary:
- No refunds once work has started
- No refunds for monthly SEO/PPC plans
- Partial refunds may apply only during early stages of website projects
- All approved refunds take 5β7 business days to process
6. Intellectual Property
- All content created by Digital Orbitt remains our property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to final deliverables
- Strategies, designs, and code are protected by copyright
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Orbitt is not responsible for:
- Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, Hosting, etc.)
- Ad performance impacted by algorithm changes
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers
- Delays resulting from client inaction or lack of communication
8. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend services if:
- Payments are not made on time
- The client violates our policies or misuses the service
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
9. Changes to Terms
Digital Orbitt may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
